Californians will choose a new governor in 2026 and there is a competitive field of candidates vying to lead the Golden State. What should be the next governor’s vision for enriching the nonprofit landscape and advancing its impactful work? California communities thrive when nonprofits succeed, so the next governor must possess a strong understanding of and promote solutions for the challenges faced by the nonprofit sector. We’ll delve into the challenges facing the sector and the solutions a new administration can champion. Discussions will include:
