Diana Dunker, formerly Chief Program Officer for the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues, has become the new Program Director at the California Association of Nonprofits.

Ms. Dunker was responsible for increasing the breadth, depth, sustainability, and local ownership of the many partner leagues at NAUDL. Prior to her work there, Ms. Dunker worked with Legal Services of New Jersey where she served as Chief Section Counsel for Child Welfare and Supervising Attorney for the Youth Law Project. Ms. Dunker successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court, securing major advances in the protection of family bonds for parents and children, and was invited to join the state’s Model Children in Court and the Family Law Rules Committee.
CalNonprofits CEO Jan Masaoka said, “We are thrilled to have someone of Diana’s caliber and experience on our team. She will bring enormous strength to our efforts to intertwine our programs with our policy work, and enhance the ability of California’s nonprofits to serve our state and the nation.” Please join us in welcoming Diana Dunker to her new role as Program Director at CalNonprofits.
