CalNonprofits Articles

In California, only nonprofits can conduct raffles. And raffle laws are under discussion for changes. To help guide CalNonprofits as we develop and take positions on raffles, we need to know what nonprofits are doing and thinking about them. This survey will take only a few minutes to fill out, but it is crucial to the development of public policy and legislation on raffles. Please go here now to weigh in!

This survey is different from others you may have taken. Think about where you work and volunteer yourself, as well as friends and family who could answer this survey on behalf of their church, temple, or other religious congregation, PTA or parent club, high school band, youth soccer league, Rotary, Kiwanis, Soroptimists and other service clubs, or condo association (HOA).

You can take the survey more than once if, for instance, you complete it first for your PTA and second for the nonprofit where you work. The more different kinds of answers we get, the more the results will be useful to CalNonprofits and to lawmakers. So take the survey here and please pass this link along to others. Thank you! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RafflesPoll2017
